DAWIE Platform Agreement
By accessing, registering for, or using the DAWIE platform, software, website, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
DAWIE services may be offered through subscriptions, custom agreements, implementation packages, or recurring billing arrangements. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize applicable charges. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, internal user access, administrative permissions, and all activities conducted through your DAWIE account. Unauthorized access attempts, misuse, abuse, or platform disruption are prohibited.
All software, interfaces, systems, workflows, branding, code, architecture, and proprietary DAWIE technology remain the exclusive property of Qudus Elite LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers receive a limited license to use the platform under active service terms.
While DAWIE is engineered for operational reliability, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qudus Elite LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, operational, financial, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
